We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please read the terms below to be sure that your return or exchange goes smoothly.
1.) Send an email to returnsandexchanges@bowlingballdiscounts.com notifying us of your intention to return a product within 30 days of delivery.
2.) We will send you an email with a Return Number, please print this email and add it to the product you are returning. If you don't have access to a printer, please write the Return Number on a separate piece of paper and include it with your return.
3.) Package the item(s) to be returned in the original Manufacturer's packaging as well as any protective packaging. For example, if you order a ball it will be shipped in the manufacturer's box as well as another box that the manufacturer's box fits in.
4.) Ship the item(s) to be returned back to us using a shipping method that has tracking, and insure the package. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges to send the item(s) back. BowlingBallDiscounts.com is not responsible for items that are lost in transit, and will not accept item(s) that are damaged while they are being sent back to us. If the item(s) was damaged when you received it please see the Damaged Items section below.
5.) Once we receive the item(s) and confirm that it is in its original unused condition (see Product Condition section), we will apply the appropriate refund (see Return Terms section) to the account that was used to purchase the item.

Please include the item that you are planning to send back and what you would like to exchange it for so we can verify that we can do the exchange you are requesting.

5.) Once we receive the item(s) and confirm that it is in its original unused condition (see Product Condition section), we will send you the item that you are wishing to get in exchange and credit/debit your account accordingly (see Exchange Terms section).
We are able to refund money without any additional contact with our customer. However, if the item you are wishing to exchange for costs more than the original, we will need to contact you by phone to get the payment information. This is because we do not store your payment information and for your protection our payment processor (PayPal) does not allow us to add additional charges to a transaction.
Any product you are wishing to return or exchange must be in its original unused/undrilled condition.
Any product you are wishing to return or exchange must include all the original manufacturer's packaging.
If you are returning or exchanging shoes, they cannot show any wear. So if you are trying them on, do so in a clean dry place and do not wear them to throw any shots. If there is any indication that the shoes have been worn we will not accept them for return or exchange.
The request to make a return must be made within 30 days of delivery of the product.
If the product being returned meets our Product Condition terms, we will accept the product for return.
There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned items, so the account that you used to purchase the product will be credited the original purchase price minus 15%.

If the product being exchanged meets our Product Condition terms, we will accept the product for exchange. There will be a 10% restocking fee on exchange items, so when we receive the original item(s) we will charge your account 10% before sending the new item(s).
In the continental United States BowlingBallDiscounts.com will pay the shipping cost to send the replacement item. In all other locations (Hawaii, Alaska, Non US countries, etc) the customer will be charged for the shipping to send the replacement item.
You will only be allowed one exchange event per order. For example, if you buy a pair of shoes then exchange them for a different size you must keep the replacement item. If this is a problem, you can contact us and we will work out a fair charge for additional exchanges.
If you receive an item(s) that was damaged in transit, please take pictures of the item(s) and the damaged packaging and send them along with the order number and a phone number we can reach you at to returnsandexchanges@bowlingballdiscounts.com. If you don't have access to a digital camera please call 515-966-4223.
If you receive an item(s) that is defective and covered under the manufacturer's warranty please follow these steps.

2.) We will send you an email with an Warranty Claim Number, please print this email and add it to the product your are sending back for a warranty claim. If you don't have access to a printer, please write the Warranty Claim Number on a separate piece of paper and include it with the item you are sending back.
3.) Package the item(s) to be sent back in the original Manufacturer's packaging as well as any protective packaging just like it was sent to you originally. For example, if you order a ball it will be shipped in the manufacturer's box as well as another box that the manufacturers box fits in.

The customer is responsible for any shipping charges to send the item(s) back. 5.) Once we receive the item(s) and confirm that it is in its original unused condition (see Product Condition section) and eligible for a warranty claim, we will send you a replacement item. If we do not have a replacement item and cannot locate one, we will notify you via email or phone to see how you would like to proceed. If the item is not in the proper condition or not covered under the manufacturer's warrantee we will also notify you via email or phone to give you your options (more than likely it will need to be treated as a return or exchange if it falls within the 30 day time period).
For warranty claims after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly. You should be able to find their contact information in their packaging, or by accessing their website.
